Jared Wright came to Macon over a decade ago to attend Mercer University and has more or less stuck around since then. Since that time, he’s gotten a M.A. degree in history and has served as a historian, curator, archivist and writer for various musical organizations, including the Otis Redding Foundation and the Georgia Music Hall of Fame. He’s also played in a variety of local bands over the years, and he’s considered the world’s foremost expert on Bob Dylan karaoke.
